Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and
evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Experience writing detailed description of
user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or
modify computer programs.
- Experience preparing and documenting
Functional and Technical Specifications for Case Management
applications.
- Familiar with relational database
management, client-server, and demand reporting concepts.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Clear, concise, effective verbal and written
communication skills.
- Business Degree or equivalent combination of
education and relevant experience required.
Business Analyst work with case
management systems in the public sector
with specific experience in case worker performance metrics.
MBA or other post-graduate work, and/or
professional certification.
Key Skills:
Case Management Application, RDBMS, Client-Server, Demand Reporting
