Worker Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
  • Experience writing detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • Experience preparing and documenting Functional and Technical Specifications for Case Management applications.
  • Familiar with relational database management, client-server, and demand reporting concepts.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Clear, concise, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Business Analyst work with case management systems in the public sector with specific experience in case worker performance metrics.
    •
  • MBA or other post-graduate work, and/or professional certification.
